Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Lesson Packs: In the event of a cancellation for lesson packs, the customer will be charged on a pro-rata basis, calculated based on the full standard rate, excluding any discounts previously applied. The pro-rated amount will be determined based on the number of utilized classes. Any fees already deducted by the payment processor and platform will be subtracted from the final refund amount. Individually Booked Sessions: Sessions can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be provided. If a session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, a refund will be processed, minus any fees already deducted by the payment processor and platform. The refund will be issued based on the final amount received after all fees, including transaction, forex, and other applicable fees have been deducted. Tutor Cancellations: In the event that a tutor cancels a session, the customer will receive a credit for that session, allowing them to schedule a new session at no additional cost. This ensures that the customer experiences no loss due to the cancellation. Notification Method: Customers must notify us of cancellations via WhatsApp or through the app to ensure timely processing of their request. Exceptional Circumstances: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Policy Updates: This cancellation policy may be updated periodically. Customers will be notified of any changes via email. Final Authority: Cubing Heat and 1000 Thoughts reserve the right to interpret and enforce this cancellation policy at their discretion. The final decision regarding any cancellations and refunds rests solely with Cubing Heat and 1000 Thoughts.
